Another big thank you to Swede for the link, I received today the little cable stop for the front derailleur.

Some new frame is currently sanding, I should recover Friday then it will go in painting even though I still do not know what color I'll do it.
Here are the parts with which it will be back, some are new as you can see on the photo.

For the headset, I still hesitate between Tange nine black and Gary Fisher sylver, my choice will be based on the color of the frame

Not sure you'll be able to use that BB; the M4 stud that in the frame will get in the way. I got a Specialized Direct Drive that looks very similar to a White Industries one.

Agree, you will need an old skool BB to clear the rivnut.
