My rebuilt Gazelle Formula Race 501

1989 Gazelle Formula Race 501 58cm frame, Cinelli 64 42cm bars.

Shimano RX100 mechs, shifters, chainset, brake levers, hubs.

Mavic SUP rear, Mavic 192 front.

Fitted sealed cart BB and Tektro dual pivot calipers.

Very nice. I missed out on this one on Ebay I think (You south yorkshire based?), as I recall the item description wasn't great and you got a pretty good deal. Looks like you've done a great job on it

Yep the description just said 'bicycle'

It was pretty scruffy when I got it and needed a couple of trips to the LBS.

It's up for sale again as I want a modern road bike frame now and don't have the space.

Put about 20 hours of work into it and many new parts. Most of the old parts it came with were sold as I wanted Shimano not Campag
