Like many members I'm sure that finding the RB site was just the beginning!
A bit over two (now thirteen!) years ago I was searching the 'web for an old Kona to use as a run-a-bout.
I stumbled upon RB and the rest is history
I'm very glad that I did find the site as during my continued ill health it has given me something to focus on and occupy my time. I have also made new friends, some of which I've even met!
In that short space of time my "old Kona run-a-bout" has been just the tip of the iceberg. I am sure many members have built far more bikes than me, but the ones below are what I've managed so far.
I hope I will remain well enough to continue......

The Saracen (Killi Titanium with matching ti fork!) unfortunately sold before I realised what I had

Built this SC Superlight as a lightweight (20lb) XC machine with the plan of keeping it to ride if/when I was well enough. Anyway, it's now sold, but gone to someone who's using it and a far better rider than me!...an 11 year old girl, who's "ripping it up"

I would have loved to keep many of the bikes above, but with gradually declining ill health it's very difficult to even be able to build a bike, let alone ride. So, I build what and when I'm able to, at a very slow pace! Then sell-on due to not really being up to riding.
Thanks to anyone who's helped me out with parts/advice etc and thanks to those RBers I now call friends who have encouraged me, bought and sold with me, had cuppas with me and even got me to do work for them
