My friend's Specialized S-Works

My friend is looking to sell his Specialized S Works. It appears to have had a load of updates at some point:

S Works M5 frame
Deemax wheels
Hope 2 pot brakes - unsure of model?
Rockshox Reba fork with carbon crown
XT drivetrain
Thomson post
Hope headset
Hope skewers

I thought around £500? Or worth more in parts?

I recently bought a very similar bike, but it was the carbon frame version in really lovely condition. Wheels, brakes, forks were all the same as that; I paid a lot less than £500 but did think it was a bargain so he should be able to get around £500 for the full bike. Definitely worth more in bits than a full bike but lots more hassle to sell and you can soon lose out if there are parts that need work to sell. Looks like that's a large/19" frame? If he want's rid quickly I'd happily pay £400 for it to update my M4 Sworks xc bike, if he's interested in that (or around that) let me know!
