My Dream bike: 1996(?) Ritchey P-21

Hi guys, I'm new here, but this looks to be the place for this sort of stuff...

A friend of mine used to have an old Ritchey P-23 back in the day, so I started googling and came across this beauty:

Can anyone shed some light on this model? What year is it? Does it use a 1" or 1-1'8" steerer? (The SID looks pretty recent). Any idea how I could find one, or should I just wait for eBay?

When was the last year that Ritchey made the P-series bikes?

I'm just drooling...TIA!

R = Retro
C = Classic

The web page that hosts the picture you posted says "mit 1 Zoll Gabelschaft" - i.e. with one inch steerer.

That one looks to have very modern kit on it, at least saddle, rear mech and wheels. Lovely bike though.

Try searching P21 on here, there's lots of stuff - several people own one and I'm sure they'd have some general information.

And yes, the forum is about old/classic/vintage/retro bikes hence the name
