My Colnago Saronni owned frame since 1984, rebuilt 4 years ago and re-painted by Mercian cycles now fitted with Pete Mathews Pianni wheels with Campag hubs.

I love the fact that quite old road bikes look fantastic with brand new kit on them. If you had said in 1984 when you bought it that in 2011 it would have the latest kit on and still look and ride amazingly people would have thought you were mad.
