Here is a quick look at my before '97 Collection of Cannondale bikes.
First is my '92 M700 I've owned and ridden since July of 1992. I've done some upgrades to it over time, Like converting it to hydraulic rim brakes, updating it to Deore LX M580 3x9 groupset to give myself a little better range. Pretty much my commuter bike now though. I'll never get rid of this one...
Next is a '94 Delta V 600 that I repainted and did a few upgrades too. Putting disc brakes on these lightweight 3.0 series frames is a ton of fun..and WOW talk about improving the braking over the old canti-lever brakes!
Last up is my '94 Super V 2000. Repainted the tired bare frame I received from a friend as close to original as I could get. I went a little over board on the drive train though and put on a mix of SRAM GX/NX Eagle 12-speed and 11-50T cassette. Modified the rear to accept disc brakes to put some stopping power on for when I take it out on the local trails.
