My bikes.

Six figure number denotes a 1960s bike. I'm trying to find the model. It has record du Monde on the seat tube. The wheels are incorrect as is the chainset. The left hand crank is on inside out, the cotter pins have been nearly smashed all the way through. Frame, fork, brakes, mudguards rack all good. I may put the UE8 wheels in it and put a better set in the UE8, I've got some Mavics and gran sport hubs. Chap rode it for work 10 miles a day, 6 days a week, for 30 years...
 
The high tide of spare band-on shifters was probably around 2012 Bob,
after the hipsters had "fixied" them all up,
but before those same cyclists discovered why gears were invented in the first place🤣

There are still 2 drawers though, I'll poke around tomorrow🧐
I can pretend to my colleagues that I'm doing something really important!🤠

You'll be wanting French rubbish for this number i assume? Or is Italian or Japanese acceptable?
