It should be all digits, no letters. I would decipher that as:

G - maybe a 5? 5 = 135mm rear dropout spacing
1o - the 'o' could be an 8? That would indicate 18" frame
0o - this would be the month so the 'o' would be a number between 1 and 9
92 - 1992
7251 - sequence number
