Pics speak first...
Good start
looking promising
The reveal
Wide shot
I had been holding off on doing anything to it until i had ridden it a bit to see if i liked how it rode. It rides great, i have the worlds heaviest bars and stem and it still felt good.
The bike is currently a frankenstein of all my parts bin and is a bit of a dog of a single speed, but it gets me to work and back everyday which is about 100 miles a week.
The plan is to put all period bits on, i was going to go full euro, but it depends what comes up at the right price, i am more than happy to have campag brakes and shimano transmission and a suntour crankset for instance.... just not campag frontmech and shimano rear or other cross breeds.
Going to restore it in a non-original colour and source some bits and bobs for it in the mean time i will include a list in my next post so it is easy to edit.
