One of my favourite bike makers, and on my wish list, when i find the right one.
Being 1986, there is a fair chance Ugo De rosa, may have had some involvement in the building of the frame, impossible to prove. But will have been inspected, by Ugo or his son, to make sure it was built to De rosa's high standards.......
