I can vouch for the strength of the Weinmanns. Still straight, and never been trued. I used to jump up and down curbs all the time. They measure 19mm wide, about 14mm edge deep. All they say on them is "Weinmann Patent Made in Belgium" Not attemped to polish them yet, but look like they will come up nice. Maybe find some other wording when i do. I can't remember eactly how much it cost, but a figure of just over £200 rings a bell. I got it from F.R. Russell Cycles, Walsall, used to be know as Nutty Russells. Still there now:
