Muddyfox challenger any good?

My childhood friend passed this onto me said he bought it in 1999 ihave since swapped out parts

New rear derailer
New saddle
New grips
New mudguards
New seatpost clamp
New handlebar grips

Rides lovely but only been using it for road riding atm question is what year roughly is it and is it a okay bike I know its not the best parts bike out there
