For Sale is my pride and joy a 1989, 23 inch Muddy Fox Seeker with almost full XT groupset with some DX bits as pictures show.
I built the bike up myself with some amazing bits:
XT 732 front and rear derailleurs in excellent condition
XT 732 Cranks again excellent condition
XT 732 brake levels excellent condition
XT 732 Thumb shifters NOS when built
XT 732 canti brakes almost new when purchased
XT 732 shark fin NOS when built
XT 732 seat post i resprayed it myself and it looks great
Avocet Racing Saddle
DX headset NOS when built
DX hubs with matrix MT aero rims
Farmer John cousin tyres
XT cassette and chain
Prestige tange bars NOS when built
No pedals sorry
As you can see the bike frame has been left as i purchased it as i refused to spray and lose its retro feel, so it has chips and scuffs, some i touched up and some i used a laquer to stop from getting worse.
This is an amazing bike and rides superbly. It has been used twice since i built it which is why its for sale just don't use it enough.....
The only fair way i can put a price on it is to sell it for what it cost me to build, which is
£450 please and 30 postage if required.
