Muddy Fox Monarch Sport - Nottingham

Don't know if it's the Tange Ultimate Ultralight frameset that they used for early iterations of this Monarch line, but if it is then it's a great frame, stupidly light and with exceptional ride quality. Some MF fans will turn their noses up because it came out after the fall, but the Monarchs of 93-94 were based upon designs left behind by the original Muddy Fox team, arguably the last great bikes to come out bearing the muddy paw print.

This looks like a very tidy and well maintained example.

Don't think it was a Tange frame by then- I could be wrong- still a nice example of a nice bike though

Picked it up yesterday. Looks good close up, been well liked after. No rust and only the odd chip and scratch to the paintwork.
