I'll hazard a guess at 1987

1986 might be right based on hub diameter and shifters

Well they are like London buses you wait for ages then 2 come along together.
The one I picked up today is exactly the same but minus the wheels and saddle. I will check the frame number tomorrow against the other one.
Cheers for the help also if anyone has a ral number for the white pearl I would appreciate it.

Checked the date codes on the hubs and brake levers of mine today, which looks the same as yours, and they all say 86.
I don't know if the white paint was the same in later years but this post looks at RAL numbers:
