Thats great, a good story, somehow when you have summat that has a story behind it, like your wheel, swapping rims etc, spokes being right length, it makes it all the more interesting and worthwhile to do.
I'll give it a go regarding the spokes, theres a couple missing here, but the rim is absolutely perfect, not a mark. Problem is I cant really copy the wheels on my existing old bike, because they are completely different. Almost like flat spokes, blades and in patterns of two. I might try and get a photo to work from off of the web, sometimes just think its more interesting to have a go at summat, only way to learn really.
