Great ride Mike, thanks for organising again, nice pics and write up too!

Jamie I can't see your pics? Here's a few of mine.

Re:

Looks a cracking day out had by all.

Is that my old Torus Tim? Great to see it's having a second lease of life.

Yes it is! This was it's first proper outing and it was great I really enjoyed riding it, I'll have to buy you lunch when you come out on a ride!

Just out of interest do you remember what size post you had in it, I was having a bit of trouble with it slipping?

Tim before I forget I checked mine, like yours no chain stay brace.
Just measured the seat post, which is Dynatech branded and a very tight fit (you can't remove it easily) and it comes up is 29mm. I'm sure that is not correct. My frame has a factory fitted shim in it.
Might be an idea to take to an LBS with one of these:

Sorry about that, Imgur appears to be playing stubborn. Pics seem to work on full browser but not on mobile devices, and my account is showing the files as empty..

I'll try again another time when I have the patience for pic hosting sites!

Thanks for checking, I've got a 28.4 and a 28.6 so I might have another go at trying to fit one of them.
