It will still be built, and I'm sure it will be fine for a ride to work etc. Il drill the end of the crack to stop it progressing, and just keep an eye on it. it has a fairly tall tube, so will most likely result in headset adjustment issues when it gets worse, rather than an extreme failure.

Ive finaly sussed out how to make photos fit. so expect a few updates from me.

This one will be a slow one, there are others to be done before this.

Shame about the headtube..... Bummer

Build wise I remember one being in one of the magazines with an early suntour xc groupset and a rigid tapered fork.
