A few questions:
How far do you have to run to get to your bike at the very start (based on past events I suppose)? Considering putting my name down for the first stint in my team, but not if it's going to make me collapse before I've actually got the bike.
Is there some form of communal food or drink store for the RB group? I'll bring some of my own beer and snacks, but just wondered if there is a pot we all chip in to for some kind of BBQ setup or something (sorry for all the newbie questions).
With regards to bike handover, what happens if 2 riders want to share the same bike, is this possible? One of the guys in my team had his bike stolen recently and I'm tempted to offer him the option to ride my bike if he can't get another in time.

2. yes and no. Good question. last time out there was a communal bbq and Andy lays on a feast for the masses.
3. shouldn't be a problem, based on previous arrangements, but guess you would have to change over the rider number but since there is only one rider from the team on the circuit at any one time you could all use the same bike should you feel that way inclined.
