Thought I'd put some pics up and in order to give those who didn't attend a flavour of the weekend.

The group line up for the practice lap on friday afternoon.

first to the corner are Nobby the nob and Average mark

Followed by the mysterious birdman and Chris

then come the worzels, Heathy and Simod (F*ck me, Heathy is on a retroBike !!!! :shock: )

On to the evening and the BBQ fires up

Saturday morning and the stand starts to pull a crowd

Heathy enjoys the sunshine

Chris, Marcus and scott discuss tactics

The race starts and Superstrong flies with the power of flared denim

others take it a little more leisurely

And Jeff takes to the bike right near the front of the field

Gump shows of the power of the Disc drive

Cannondale King salutes the crowd

Mad cow slips into race face mode

When do I stop for my first food intake ??

jeff takes the brown bullet through the rough stuff (approx 20th place in that get up !!!)

Nice work

Simod takes the tiger line

Gump shows the Disc is no hindrance

Mad cow takes the bumpy stuff in stride

Russel takes the high side

Rainman counts the blades of grass

Jezza shows the cost of glory

The BMX bandit roles in, a whole lap in that get up, respect to Phil

The opposing captains share a moment on the run in to the finish

Jango shows off his medal, and his new look..

superb weekend... can't wait for the next one...

Why did the organisers allow a person to ride the track with no crash hat :shock: in the first two pic's red tires white mtb with brown shirt.

Gonzalez is a webel too... it was the Friday practice lap and yes, he did get advised by a marshall on the Kenda climb...

Note! - I also was shocked to see 'Pimp my bike' Heathy riding Retro :twisted:
