Always wanted one purely for engineering and interestingness. I have no idea how they ride. They seem to command lots of money so are they worth it? I have a few others inc MTB CX Road so am I just fiddling or would i like it at 6'3 and cough, 17st.

Still really like them just to look at! :)

Hopefully somebody will have some views

thanks THM

They were popular doon my way with the lbs all getting one to fettle as a project. Meant to get one too but just never got around to it :(
As a comfortable commuter theyre great, especially with the strong built in rack. The thing to watch out for is the fork, there are roller bearings and a flat plate and its similar in that extent to a headshox .The lbs guys has difficulty and there was much talk on fixing them.
The small wheels and large ring make it a fast beastie too
The rear shock is elastomer type rubber bumper so easy to replace
If one presented itself complete and ready to go id jump at it it offered cheap but buying a cheaper fixeruper i just dont have the room for.

If you have the opportunity i say go for it

Yes, was watching an APB that got my hopes up and jumped to over £700 in the last few minutes. Like you think, would need to be a bargain.

I just really like the quirky engineering.

Burrows reckons with 20" bigger wheels it's one of the best suspension bicycle designs ever!
you wanna timeshare big fella.. split the costs as they're a bargain at £500 F&F

Just been hit with a £700 car bill today so nothing doing for a while. Dawes will keep me happy.
