MOTOR CHAT

Did a bit of work to the 750 over the weekend, swapped the M-Parallel wheels, rear lights, front indicators and front fogs over from the 728, also spent most of last week T-cutting, waxing and cleaning the glass etc, turned out no bad.

Of course these pics were taken up the braes, i then gave it a blast out to Lugton and back and it was Filthy again

I still miss my old Prodrive tuned WRX. Except for the fuel consumption and tyre wear.

Snap! Almost, except ours is the plain Legacy, albeit with the Low Ratio box, so an inch less ground clearance. But like you we have back ups, this is for faster main road blasts mainly, and sliding into walls. I almost achieved that last night actually, forgot how they handle on slippy stuff and over compensated. Gave my passengers a bit of a fright, and pretended it was all in hand. Wasn't going fast anyway, for the tut tutters.

Great choice of machine, I find the Foresters a little cumbersome, but after whacking my head several times already getting the dogs out and climbing in and out I am reconsidering! Had been looking at Skoda Yetis but couldn't pass up a cheap well maintained sub 100k Legacy for the next few months now the S Max is off to pastures new.

I think Clubby has another persona that comes to the surface now and again
