I'll post some photos first! See what you think?
Both came from Paul Sherwen, I think the jacket might be a litle smaller than your jersey.
He also gave me some La Redoute white casual shorts and a sleeveless jacket, but they died a few years back.
I'll post photos later.

Hi Ian,
this is the race cape jacket, cant read the size, but its 52cm from armpit to armpit.
You can see the clear pocket for the race No.
Its been in my cupboard for the last 22 years and I guess in Paul's before that, 1986?
