Motiv Pioneer?

Looking at an inexpensive rider to,...well....ride, while I finish getting my GT ride ready. It would be a street rider. I'm liking the thumb shifters and whitewall tires.

Bar ends and toe clips would be perfect.

I'm guessing very early 80's? Any info? I can't find anything. I'm pretty sure it's a lower end bike?

Costco here in the states sold that brand. I have one a Ground Pounder with a mix of parts M700 shifters,Suntour Sport front and rear mech and Star brake levers with Diablo hub. With a Tange Infinity cr mo frame. 1986 ish and a U brake too
