Would this be from 1990 when he won the giro? I think he was at chateau d'ax for a couple of years before that as well? Beautiful bike with some great history, could be very special if it is 1990!

Yes, that was 1990.

I think in 1991 the main team sponsor changed to Gatorade, and their kit changed to shades of green, and so did the bikes (same bikes, but green colour scheme). These green versions were equally gorgeous ! I've got a 1991 edition of 'Bicisport' with lots of photos of those bikes
