i bet $1030 the newbie winner wont pay up ;)

Yep..very sus when a 0 feedback bidder is involved taking the price to that sort of level.

I'm the seller. This might be the second time I've had some a**-hole bid and win and not buy, I hope it is not the case. As was the previous case I will post negative feedback if the buyer does not buy.

All the Morati's that have gone for sale (bar the poorly list one) have ranged from $800 to $1800, this is not an unusual price and certainly does not indicate that I am scamming.

Yes, of course they sell for that much. No one is suggesting that you are scamming. But it´s incredible how this thing´s prices have been rising up lately. Paul mech´s, Morati crank´s, Syncros Revolutions and Grafton´s, it´s been a wild race to win the parts...

One thing is for sure. They are a fine piece of MTB art...

When someone writes "Yep..very sus when a 0 feedback bidder is involved taking the price to that sort of level." that is exactly what is being stated. It's royal pain in the a@@ to have to repost and then get reimbersed. I list all my items at 0.99 so I don't have to relist.

Thanks for your comments though, nice peice of kit, extremely light.

My words...I'm sorry you were scammed by the usual pain in the butt 0 feedback dreamers. It was a general observation not a personal attack so please chill, your feedback shows that (and I think I have bought from you in the past). My point being that whenever I see a 0 or low feedback bidder staring to take prices up in to the high numbers I will normally stay well away from the sale. The potential negatives generally outweigh the positives. Not great for you the seller or me the prospective buyer but a common problem with Ebay. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks Crell for the clarification. It actually happened again on a Seven Teres I was selling but I had time to e-mail the buyer to request contact info, since none came the bid was cancelled. This will be my new requirement.
