There are few cruisers for sale, including couple alu framed that fetch silly money on US sites. Lovely as it is, this one looks like had a front collision to me?

I think you may be right. But there's no obvious distortion of the tubes that I can see.

This looks most like it. I can't find an example without those trusses though, so perhaps not entirely original. Not sure about the fork, to be honest.

In my opinion, that fork is how it should look. The bike features quite unusual construction. Aluminum tubes combined with cast aluminum, almost like lugs, but as you can see, much more extensive. The cast aluminum gives a false impression of the fork angle due to it's mass.
I can't find an example without those trusses though
I found a couple of examples with no truss, but they're all step through models. Perhaps it was restored using a ladies fork s-l400.jpg
