Looking for a set of modern clincher wheels that'll fit a 9-speed Ultegra cassette.
Weight around 1500 grams please, looking to spend between £100-£200.

Mavic aksium black=£70

Dont know the weights

I did a bit of googling and found that they all seem to weigh around the 1900 gram mark, which is unfortunately too heavy for the upgrade I'm considering. Thanks anyway

I have some Mavic ceramics with XRay bladed spokes on King hubs. Great nick apart from a hairline crack in one of the flanges.

Any good?

Was the 1500 grams for both inc tyres and cassette??

I have a pair of Shimano R550 with a 9 spped ultegra cassette already on but including tyres they weigh 1200 for 16 spoke front and 1700 for 20 spoke back.

1500 grams without the cassette and tyres, sorry for not making that clear.
I've actually got a pair of Shimano R550 wheels, which weight approximately 1900 grams without cassette/tyres.

That's alright, thought they were alright wheels then I weighed them and they were miles heavier so was confused. Easily done
