Will that not be wrapping New carbon over the old. Hard to see how that would be cost effective let alone trustworthy. Not that I doubt your work!

allowing for the humorous side, my, you lot are cynics, the other stuff left over from a boat build per comments on one, maybe just clearing out the shed, as for the frame, 99p start no reserve stating broken beyond repair but bits may be of use to someone, well why not, is trying not better than just going straight in a hole in the ground for next 1000 years if someone has a use for it, not sure what mind you, rear triangle for a wheel jig ? is this not just an alternative to freecycle ? dread to think of the comments if ever went to a "boot-fair"; there is a lot of tat in the world...........
