modern Sanderson 853 frame 18"

all in all, VGC, no dents, dings or problems anywhere with tubes/welds.
of course, as used, marks to paintwork here and there. nothing too major. couple of chips on top tube (according to prev owner due to brake lever contact when in transport) and non-drive side chainstay makred from disc (only superficial to paintwork). drive side chainstay very good as protected when used with geared set-up.
it's disc only, 160 max.
very long effective TT, around 615mm/24.25" (actual is 23.5"). I'm just over 6 foot and ran this with inline post and 90 stem.

sandersons are known for being low and long, so you'd have to be at the extremes to make an 18 not fit..

look at the TT, sanderson size 18 means normal 20 or 21 size.
