Right, a few things slowed down the Principia build for a while (a couple of unexpected changes and a mech hanger issue, now resolved). But all the parts are now here or mostly assembled on the bike with just setting up required. Pictures on the way when complete as it looks quite smart now with various little red accents here and there to match the SRAM Red - as a coincidence several parts I bought were all black with little bits of red in the logos etc, so I made a bit more of that theme :roll: Also everything is in fantastic condition so it doesn't feel much like a second hand bike.
The more or less final spec is as follows, with the current weight confirmed as 7.20kg on my digital scales, without pedals (they will add 250g/pr):
Frame: Principia Ellipse SX P5, size 55 (M). Reported weight 1300g
Fork: Principia Weave full carbon, tapered. Claimed weight 370g (though others report 490g weight)
Wheelset: Shimano RS80 C24 (Ultegra hubs/Dura Ace rims).
Skewers: AEST Titanium Allen Bolt, 38g/pr
Tyres: Vittoria Diamante Pro Radiale 24c. Claimed weight 219g each.
Crankset: FSA Carbon Pro Compact 110bcd 50/34 172.5 ISIS. Reported weight 530g. Unknown BB.
Pedals: Exustar E-PR100PP. 253g/pr
Chain: SRAM PC1071 Hollow pin. 230g
Cassette: Shimano Dura Ace CS-7900 11-27t. 186g
Brakes: Bontrager Speed Limit Road Calipers, Black anodised. Claimed weight 270g/pr.
Levers: SRAM RED (Black Edition) DoubleTap 10-speed. Claimed weight 280g.
Front mech: SRAM FORCE 34.9. Claimed weight 100g.
Rear mech: SRAM RED Ceramic bearings 10-speed. 148g
Seatpost: Easton EC90 seatpost, 31.6 x 350mm (cut to 280mm). 162g
Saddle: Charge Knife, Black, Ti alloy rails. 212g.
Seatclamp: KCNC SC9 Ti bolt Seat clamp, 34.9 in black. 13g
Stem: Deda Elementi Newton 31, 100mm, with Ti bolts. 140g
Bars: Bontrager Race Lite 7075, 42cm, 31.8. Reported weight 240g
Headset: Unknown but believed to be Principia-branded Chris King.
Headset spacers: alternating Acor carbon (3 x 10mm) with anodised red alloy (3 x 2mm). 18g total
