I think theres loads of perks
T-shirts,baseball caps, mugs etc but theyre keeping quite :?

In case everyone wants to be a mod

I've told you before Dyna, I'm not selling you my moderators special edition retrobike Y fronts, the rest you can buy from the retrobike shop like I had to. :)

I would be happy for a mod to get first dibs on an item. Or even sell things at a profit (!) to pay to keep Retrobike going, or just to get a bit of beer money for themselves.

This isn't a democracy. The Retrobike forum must cost proper money to run, and it's provided to us for free. Anything the people that pay for it decide to do is entirely up to them.

Yes, mods perks - must be great fun trawling through all the right wing crap, quasi racist comments and new members introducing themselves to the RB community in such positive ways.

For sale threads? They have the time to read them? really?

Well said LGF.....good grief.

I'd hardly call the compulsory attendance of EdEdwards annual moderator boot camp a perk.
Being subjected to white noise whilst in a series of stress positions and having to adjust the gears on a 200GS equipped bike in the rain is hardly fun.

It's nice to see my name in green though.

The stress positions, waterboarding and white noise I could handle. Ed in his Barney the dinosaur costume singing the "I love you song" at me would just about finish me off.
