Mixte frame revelation/realisation!

Short top tubes and cruiser handlebars are great for popping to the shops etc. I dont care where the top tube is.

It did occur to me looking in a few random catalogues, "mixte" frames are usually shown alongside their male counter-part sporty touring bike.

Perhaps the way to interpret "mixte" is like in the sense of "mixed couple" rather ? Dunno? Have seen it discussed on some French forums but nobody actually seems to know or provide some proper historic evidence.

Those green bits are "salad"
Mixte probably!

Sadly they contain not alcohol but vitamins, so are rarely consumed north of the border

I think if you boil it to make a mash, leave it a month or 2, then run it through an alembic at 94⁰, you will find even salad becomes palatable.
