Mint Sauce's bike history

I was reading a old MBUK interview with Jo Burt the other day and got to wondering about the bikes our wooly freind has had over the years. I remember there was a pace frame and forks (the ones with the gold stanchions i think). Then he was on a GT STS, and later a Cotic. Were there any others that I missed?

I think he had a prototype pace full sus too. RC35 ab and a pearl izumi skin suit.

He rode a few, there have been a couple of threads over the years on here about the bikes, here is one from a quick search, obviously throwing phrases like 'mint sauce' and 'bikes' into this websites search engine will bring up a lot of results to sort through, something for a cold rainy night maybe

I'm pretty sure there was a Zinn at one time, or was that simply Jo Burt's ride?

He defo had a square tubed Pace with RC35's for a while. Maybe a GT RTS? Remember a green bike too although that could have been Coleman's.

I thought he had a GT STS the thermoplastic one with Pace forks and spin wheels? Or was that a bike i saw on here... ?

Looks like early days were no name jobs but dec 90 a Zinn turned up.
