Mino Denti?

This... Curved seat tube, with dent for short wheelbase. It's mad cheap ...🤐
Cool frame, but not a Denti. The finishing is not as carefully done and I don't think ive seen a filleted Denti before. Dentis are around badged as other marques or labels but all those I've seen still have the characteristic ladybird and D pantographing on lugs and fork crown - see the D GIRARD above.

If its cheap I'd still have it! Would look great sprayed in a cool metallic or something garish :D

Bloody hell! This Contini just come up for sale, and unfortunately I have a pair of Contini forks to fit it... Lummee.. Gotta have it!

Looks great! Would build up into a beautiful bike.

What is the story with the Cinelli marked lugs? Did they cast them for Contini? Cinelli marked bottom brackets are pretty common but I've not seen these on other bikes before.

No, theyre knocked up knock offs by Contini! The head lugs are very cool though - they're squared off and flatted where the logo is

Hmm interesting. Weird to copy the logo as is though! They are definitely not quite as refined looking as a proper Cinelli piece.

The shaping is cool, I agree, they remind me of some of the flat facing some chunky Rossin lugs had in the 90s.

Edit; Just saw the headbadge decal on that one actually uses the Cinelli C as part of the design - I guess they just really liked the shape! 😄 Imitation the greatest form of flattery and all that.

I'm pretty certain Cinelli would be aware of the imitation: Contini have been on the go for about 70 years, but then again copyright means something entirely different in Spain 🇪🇸🇪🇸🤣
