They're not really any more special than any built by other builders (Dolan etc) for Ribble though

I don't think Autostrada badged any frames for themselves, did they? AFAIK all production went out for shops to brand themselves. There were several companies that did this BITD (eg Tonard and even Viking, Holdsworth and Mercian) and it is a minefield to try and identify some of them!

Two of my Ribble 653 frames seem to be of the Mike Kowal era. Lovely bikes to ride. No proof that they are made by him though!
