mid 90s frame/forks - 16-17"

Looking for a mid-90s-ish frame/forks for a lady friend, roughly 17" c-t seat tube maximum. For rigid forks or short travel suspension, anything with geo like the Konas or Oranges of the time really. Doesn't need to be perfect condition, but rad paintjobs welcome.

Budget's around £100 for the frame, all depends what comes up really. Need to assess the geo on a case by case basis really for what I'm intending, but 16-17" should be fine.

Was planning to build it myself but I've plenty other frames (larger)
