These seem to be unavailable anymore? Miche just seem to do either campag or shimano, but not the "conversion" style that they did before?
Ambrosio still seem to do them, but they are unavailable everywhere as far as I can tell

preferably 13-29, but I'll take more or less any size!

Good condition please!

I didn't even mention them as they went out of business some time ago... is yours for sale? if so, I might be interested pending pics and price

I had a few of the ambrosio cassettes you're after. I found the shifting was quite poor and they were very heavy. In the end i used a higher end 10 speed shimano cassette and found it actually worked better than the "correctly" spaced ambrosio with a bit of fiddling. Alternatively, i'd recommend spending your money to swap out the freehub body if that's possible.

Just to add, I also had one of those cassettes and found that because a campag cassette is wider than a shimano one, the way it manages to fit onto a shimano 10 speed spline is that the biggest sprocket is dished rather than flat, so it ends up closer to the spokes, meaning the mech jockey is very close to fouling the spokes.
The fact that they are now made for a shimano 11 freehub suggests they're now selling them with an undished largest sprocket and the only way the freehub is wide enough is if a 11 speed freehub is used .... if that makes sense
