finally a picture of my Merlin. It's not finished yet, saddle will be changed for a normal flite and I need to tidy up the cables.
and after that...... TEST RIDE, YEAH!!!

Nice frame....I suggest you to change:
- chainset (because I do not like)
- seatpost with a black syncros
- tires with older tires like ritchey wcs
- saddle with a flite
- grips with black one
then ride!

but i'd get a more functional fork like a pace RC36 on if it's a rider.

thanks for all the comments guys! Really looking forward to get it on the trail

will make some changes in the future too, but for now it will be just the flite. Would love a titan syncros post, and some new ground control tires, and would like to try some hyperends (cause I like riding with barends again) and, and, and....

the fork will stay even though it's a rider. I like just a tiny bit of 'bump relief' for that true retro feel
and longer suspension forks mess up the geometry to much I think.

no plans on selling this frame, ever.
till death do us part, and I hope I'll go first! (in like 70 years or so)
