Have you checked the serial number with the list on the Merlin website? That would give you a definite age

Never seen one of those BB's close up, are they a press fit?

My XT M732 wheelset just arrived today...









BUT i got an offer for a black edco wheel set whis looks awesome. It is however from 95. Maybe a little too newschool for my bike ?

take a look...should i get the edco wheelset ? it would set me back another 230 euros ...(NOS)

That is sooooo classy, looks amazing. Wheels would look great IMO an older syncros post with the hammer logo at the back would match the stem perfect too.

Yes, the black ones, though if its going to be used alot I guess the rims could look bad after a while.
