what about a black steel salsa or ritchey with noodle and white decals? a syncros might be to plump...as it is the case with the Titec.

ahead stems with noodle or internal cable routing are really rare...

have one custom made, it's worth it!

how much would a old merlin be worth ( 1" steerer !!?? ) ?? caught up with a old cycling buddy of mine, and knw that he wants to sell he's merlin frame for 1/2 of what he paid for..

thats like S$1500, darn good price, but alas !! its too big for me :cry:

really nice! but - it really deserves a better stem and that cable hanger is not good with an ahead set. it will put pressure on the top bearing each time you use the brake. you need one that is clamped onto the steerer tube if there's enough steerer tube left...

Steerer tube is little short now, but I have other fork coming from painter soon with really long steerer tube.

na, no syncros please. looks too clunky on that frame imho. a salsa or ibis (pic stolen from coffeemug on mtb-classic.de) steel ahead would look nice or if you want aluminum a controltech. or an ibis titanium...
