Mercian frame model identification help please

Hi could anyone help identify which mercian model this frame is please.
It's a 531 with campag drop outs, the frame number ends in 69 which suggests 1969.
any help please.

Superlight? I know they used that type of rear seat stay on that model.Could be a variant of it?
