After a protracted period of rebuilding those D1 calipers (the caliper pistons were seized at one point), it was finally returned to me

I'd be interested to know how you dealt with the seized caliper as I have the same on one of mine. Did you do it?
Any tips gratefully received.

Bike looks fantastic! :D

Have you downloaded the AMP D1 manual and followed its instructions to remove the pistons?

The first builder bled and couldn't get it right. I brought it to another guy who changed all the seals, and submerged the whole caliper in oil to get an air-free system.

It wasn't cheap, around 100 pounds, but it worked.

Cheers on your rebuild and I am appalled by the loss of the red calipers. Now the question, on my B4 the bottom bracket pivot is moving sideways. Are there any pointers to replace this pivot pin?
