That's interesting,

We sell Tyvek at work. Bloody great rolls of it, 1.5m x 50m, for roofers .

Mike

Go on then, shallI PM my address now...? ;)

I carry a (cleaned up) section of old toothpaste tube for use as an emergency boot. Although I'm sure that those Park knock-offs do a similar job

Re:

As for that video ' the sidewall is susceptible to puncturing when stones get trapped between the tread and the sidewall.'

Guff! On a road tyre? I don't think so, unless it's de-laminating.

I rode over a similar surface to that shown, for around two miles yesterday, on Vittoria Rubino Pro 20mm tyres. No problems then. Just bad luck I think before. Not used CX's before this problem I had on Friday

You work for/are selling Michelin tyres?

Yes Mr. Bibendum personaly asked me to.
What on EARTH are you speaking about? Its a tyre thread you mad man.

But if you DID want to buy some, come to me. I give you good price.

Re:

Only if you have Hi lites in 19mm or Supercomps in 18 or 23.

But not if you can get gravel between the tread - non existent - and sidewall

or you could just look where you're going Mike, instead of gazing at that sunny sky :p poor obs.....

 you appear to have cut and pasted the video title without reading it, or understanding the words. Michelin don't make tyres that are any more or less "puncture resistance" than anyone else's tyres with puncture resistant belts.
