Came off a couple of weekends ago at Kielder and couldn't get unclipped, but I was lucky to get a soft landing. That blows the big one. Hope you're feeling better soon...

Sounds very nasty. It isn't going to be too soon by the sounds of it, but I hope it stops hurting! How did the evacuate your remains? Certainly doesn't sound like you could walk?

Like I said, feel better soon! With the SPD vs. Flats thing, I reckon having them has enabled me to avoid a lot more spills than they cause.

Thanks all. Whats really frustrating (bar being couped up in hospital) is I was really enjoying riding again. I think it will be 6 m+ before im able to ride properly based on what ive been told. Missing mayhem is another blow. Ill be there on crutches
