Mayhem 'VERY RELAXED' 10 man team sub thread

Time waits for no man and it's about time we stop the waffling and start herding the cats.
I recall it took some time and working out last time so we need to get everything organised sooner rather than later.
It worked better with one person per team sorting the running order etc so probably best to do the same.
Spud, being the (ahem) veteran MM dude, is there anything from you to add or change regarding the team organising? Was there a spreadsheet showing the 24hr period and day/night hours etc?

I've copied the spreadsheet from 2017 to sort out the team race order. Please add yourself in the chart below at least twice to give a rough idea of timings and we'll thrash out the details later. This course is unknown so I've just gone off 1hr 10m from the 2017 relaxed team results as a starter. I've checked the timings and there is 29mins more sunlight compared to 2017.
