I've spent £10000000 on bits for the X1 I was building for Mayhem.. Now what are you all going to laugh at?

Retro Spuds comical sunburn from 2019?

after weeks of rain that caused the Malverns to be canned I did NOT expect a crazy heat wave to follow....
hence why in some of those videos and stills floating around I can be seen wearing a woolly winter hat which in my defence was the only thing I had to stop my head from being burnt to a crisp and me getting sun stroke

... I agree the sun glasses at the same time did make me look like a window licker

Re:

Ok, working on a possible rescue plan..it's early stages so need to guage interest before committing to anything. How do folks feel about a weeked riding in the home of "Dirt", Great Fryup Dale? My friends who own the Yorkshire Cycle Hub have space in their bunkhouse for 26 £35 a night with breakfast and may be a possibility of overspill camping (if the bunkhouse fills but only if) , there is conference room , where we could have evening showings of Retro films (Dirt, Chainsmoke etc) , there is a Dirt inspired mountain bike loop, they have also built their own forest trails. There is opportunity for a table top parts sale, or a show and shine...this is all hypothetical at the moment and for those in the South it's a fair trek up but riding in the tyre tracks of JMC could be a bit special.
What do you think...a goer or not, would need some interest before I commit.

YO21 2AP. They have a website and are on Instagram . Look for the Yorkshire Cycle Hub.
This is very much mooting the idea at the moment and would need firm bookings to fill the bunkhouse before I work out hiring the conference room and getting a guided ride sorted but have chatted to Phil and Neil at the hub ( who I ride with every week) and if the interest is there we'll do it.
