They are still here. I also have a pair of maillard 700 large flange hubs on 32hole mavic open 4cd clincher rims in very nice condition, the rear wheel has never seen a brake block. I will get some pics up when I get chance. they will be £70 posted

My last pair are the ones listed above. I could shorten the axle and re dish them for you if you wanted, assuming the spacers are correctly proportioned.
