Mavic disc rear hub - crosstrail?

Urgent need. Just built up a bike for my eldest. During the process discovered that two rotor bolts wont tighten fully (bad design perhaps as the holes are not fully enclosed by design).

I've added threadlock temporarily but I'm looking for a replacement rear hub. Current hub is a crosstrail disc, would prefer the same, but crossride may also work.

Qr preferred, but can adapt bt through if needs be.

If consider a full wheel too.

Help please.......

Re:

So mavic don't do spare parts for these wheels, but research suggests a crossride or crossone, even a crossmax might work.

They suggested retapping the threads but not sure that will help so looking for a spare hub, even a wheel.

Re:

Kind of. I may have sorted it using better and longer bolts, but wouldn't rule out buying a spare. What are you after for it, and do you have a pic of the hub?

Re:

Sorry for the delay, not been the best of days!

Pics attached, not 100% sure on pricing, £20 ish plus post?

Re:

Thanks, I've managed to get a matching wheel for my existing one for not much £ as it has a damaged rim. Hopefully the hub is fine. If not I'll be in touch.

?? Just wondering how you got to "bad design". Threaded through holes are industry standard, and generally less likely to fail than blind holes. Depending on how the blind hole is made of course.

Re:

Weaker, has room to flex, which is probably better than cracking, but then by that logic, a crack is fine, just make it bigger. Less thread for gripping the bolt

I'm no engineer, just feels like more meat would equal more strength. Never had a problem with a hub with a rotor bolt hole that's fully enclosed, this is my first and so feels like a weakness.
